We deliver within Croatia via DPD, with a fixed delivery price of €5 per package. Delivery to Slovenia is €10, while for other EU countries the price depends on the shipping zone (upon request).

For cash on delivery, we use the Paket24 service of the Croatian Post, where the delivery price depends on the rules of the Croatian Post. You can find an approximate price calculation here.

Delivery time is usually 3-6 business days for Croatia, 5-10 business days for Slovenia and the EU, depending on location. If there are any delays or problems with delivery, please feel free to contact us at info@nyushke.com.

Shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged product).
