Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to Nyushke! Our range includes products for pets such as bowls, stands, mats, and bowls designed to bring warmth and style into the everyday life of your beloved pets.

Delivery:

We deliver in Croatia and the EU via DPD. The cost of postage, regardless of package weight and location, is €5 per package.

In the case of cash on delivery (COD), delivery is made via Croatian Post and the Paket24 service. You can see an approximate calculation of the cost of postage here. The specified delivery model is limited to the territory of Croatia.

Our Return Policy

When you receive your order: Check the products as soon as you receive them and before you start using them. If you notice any defects or if the product is not what you expected, we are here for you. In the case of the mentioned objections, feel free to contact us at info@nyushke.com

Your right to change your mind: We understand, everyone changes their mind sometimes. In accordance with our policy, you have 14 days to cancel your order starting from the day you received the product.

Return of unwanted products: Products must be returned in the condition they were in when they were received – unused and in their original packaging. If goods are unwanted, they must be in unused condition.

If you received a wrong or damaged product: Regardless of the effort and love invested in each product, sometimes a mistake can happen to us too. In this case, you can return the product in the same condition as when you received it, within 14 days.

You did not receive the product? If you have not received your order, please notify us within 21 days of the day we confirmed the shipment of your order.

Return procedure

We need information about the order – the order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
You will receive all shipping instructions from us in writing
It is necessary to pack the product carefully and to state your information, name and address.

Proof of sending the package

Return costs: We will cover all return costs if there was an error on our part (wrong product, damage). In other cases, we do not cover the return costs.

Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the process of your return, feel free to contact us at info@nyushke.com, we will do our best to fix it.
